01 — Who we are

Chasing the Fox is a creative brand haus based in Pafos, Cyprus, operating chasingthefox.org. We are the data controller for the information described here. For any question about this policy, or to exercise the rights set out in section 07, write to thehaus@chasingthefox.org.

02 — What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the name, email address, company (optional) and brief you type into the form. Nothing else is required, and we do not ask for special-category data.

If you accept cookies, we also collect standard analytics data: pages viewed, approximate location at city level, device and browser type, referring source, and events such as completing the enquiry form or opening our brochure. This is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

03 — Why we use it, and on what basis

Enquiry details are used to reply to you and, if we work together, to carry out that engagement — processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business contact, and to perform a contract where one follows.

Analytics and advertising data are used to understand how the site performs and to reach relevant audiences with our campaigns. These are processed only with your consent, given through the cookie banner, and you may withdraw it at any time.

04 — Cookies

Until you accept, this site sets nothing beyond what is strictly necessary to function, including a single local entry recording your cookie choice. No analytics or advertising cookies are set before consent.

On acceptance we enable Google Analytics 4, which measures site usage, and Google's advertising signals, which allow us to measure and target campaigns. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookies link in the footer, or by clearing this site's data in your browser.

05 — Who else sees it

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and respond to you: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Web3Forms (delivering enquiry emails), Google (analytics and advertising) and our email provider. Some of these process data outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards their own terms provide.

06 — How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to two years from our last exchange, or longer where a contract or tax obligation requires it. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings and is deleted automatically thereafter.

07 — Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict our processing, request a copy in portable form, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Write to us and we will respond within one month.

If you believe we have handled your data improperly you may complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.

08 — Changes

We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
